FRH respects the privacy of all users of this site and is committed to ensure that all information provided is treated confidentially.

FRH has drawn up this privacy policy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (which has been in force since 2016 and will be enforced from 25 May 2018).

The privacy policy below applies to all website visits, transactions and agreements with FRH.

FRH will never sell your data to third parties and will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary:

• • For the performance of an agreement with you. For example, when collaborating in a project were you and other parties are involved.
• To comply with a legal obligation.

When you use the contact form, the data is sent encrypted (https://) because FRH uses an SSL certificate. The data will be emailed to info@fruittree-rootstocks-holland.com, where it will be treated and stored confidentially.

FRH can process personal data because you have registered to receive FRH’s newsletter, or because you have provided the data to FRH yourself when filling out a form on the website. Or because you have given your details to the board of FRH as a start for cooperation.

FRH can process the following personal data:

• Your first and last nam
• Your address details
• Phone number
• e-mail address
• Additional information required for the specific activity or collaboration.

FRH processes this personal data in order to contact you by telephone or by e-mail and/or by post.

In addition, FRH can use your personal data to inform you by means of a newsletter, if you have registered for this. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the relevant link in the newsletter.

Of course, the data can also be used to shape the collaboration.

FRH does not store the personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected.

FRH ensures good security of the stored data.

FRH uses Google Analytics.

FRH does not use cookies directly on this website, so it does not place a tracking cookie on your computer.

FRH has concluded a processor agreement with Google because FRH uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website. The information obtained, without the ‘address’ of your computer (the IP address is anonymized), is stored by Google on servers in the United States. The last octet of the IP address is masked. FRH has disabled any form of data sharing in Google Analytics. Google may provide the anonymized information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. FRH has no influence on this.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In some cases, identification may be required. You can send a request to this effect to info@fruittree-rootstocks-holland.com.

FRH will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

FRH is entitled to change the content of this privacy statement without informing the visitor. Implementing the change on the website is sufficient for this.
